UCI Health is seeking a front desk receptionist for its ambulatory clinics in Anaheim. The role serves as the first contact for patients, performing clerical duties and registering patient information while verifying insurance coverage.

You will schedule and manage appointments, requiring strong customer service and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Candidates should be comfortable with variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have experience with office equipment

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays.
• Demonstrated experience using office equipment such as a printer, copier, fax, scanner.
• Demonstrated experience using multi-line telephone system.
• Demonstrated experience using a computer, including data entry and retrieval.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilités
