UCI Health is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented front desk/registration specialist to serve as the first point of contact in ambulatory clinics. You will enter patient data, verify insurance coverage, and schedule appointments while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and the ability to work variable shifts. Ideal candidates will be proficient with registration software, comfortable using multi‑line phones, and

Qualifications

• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays.
• Demonstrated experience using office equipment such as a printer, copier, fax, scanner.
• Demonstrated experience using multi-line telephone system.
• Demonstrated experience using a computer, including data entry and retrieval.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités
