Universal Processing is hiring a Business Development Associate for an onsite, five‑day workweek in the U.S. You will be the brand ambassador, introducing solutions to clients and gathering essential business details during calls.

The role requires Chinese bilingual skills, strong communication, and a proactive sales mindset. Training is provided; benefits include health coverage and 401k, with uncapped commissions.

Responsabilidades

• Gather leads and conduct cold calls to develop new business.
• Schedule appointments and present products/services to SMBs.
• Collect business information and input into databases.
• Analyze pricing data from statements for pricing strategy.
• Follow up with potential clients to grow opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and payment strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
