Job summary

Universal Processing LLC seeks a proactive Business Development Associate for a fully onsite role in sales. You will be the brand ambassador, generating leads, conducting cold calls, and presenting solutions to small and medium businesses.

You will gather client data, analyze pricing, and follow up to advance opportunities. This role requires Chinese bilingual skills, strong communication, and a drive to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US at time of hire.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese required; read/write Chinese dialects as Mandarin/Cantonese or others.
• High school diploma or equivalent;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, detail orientation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business.
• Engage conversations with small-to-medium-sized business owners, introducing products and services.
• Obtain business details and input lead information into databases.
• Collect and analyze pricing materials and client financials for pricing strategies.
• Follow up with potential clients to grow opportunities and close deals.
• Manage pipeline and develop payment strategies for long-term success.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
