Universal Processing LLC, operating as Let’s Go uP, seeks a Business Development Associate to join our onsite sales team. You will be the brand ambassador to introduce our payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses and serve as the first point of contact with clients.

The role requires Mandarin-Chinese bilingual proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work five days a week onsite.

Formación

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire (E-Verify).
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese is required, including reading and writing skills.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent;Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business.
• Engage conversations with SMB owners by introducing products and services.
• Obtain business information and input it into databases.
• Gather credit card processing statements for pricing analysis.
• Follow up with potential clients to develop opportunities.
• Manage the business pipeline and develop a payment strategy for long-term success.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
