Universal Processing LLC (uP) is hiring a Business Development Associate for a fully onsite role. You will be the brand ambassador, generating leads, cold-calling SMBs, and presenting our payment processing solutions. You’ll gather client data, analyze pricing, and manage the sales pipeline to hit targets.

The role includes one month of on-the-job paid training, medical/vision/dental coverage, generous PTO, and a 401k plan. Strong communication and a proactive sales mindset are essential.

Formación

• Must be authorized to work in the US at time of hire (E-Verify)
• Native or fluent proficiency in a second language; reading & writing in both
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business/Related field preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities
• Aptitude for learning and developing negotiation/sales skills
• Ability to be well-spoken and confidently connect with potential clients on the phone

Responsabilidades

• Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business
• Engage conversations with small-to-medium sized business owners by introducing products and services
• Input business information into databases and collect pricing/financial data
• Gather credit card processing statements for pricing analysis
• Follow up with potential clients to pursue business opportunities
• Manage the sales pipeline and develop a payment strategy for long-term success
• Meet and exceed required sales targets
