Qualifications

• AA/AS degree preferred; 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Ability to travel to any office as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transmit Federal Programs information to DDS per Waiver manual.
• Maintain DDS conservatorship reports for DDS.
• Process Institutional Deeming referrals.
• Maintains Medicaid Waiver lists and reports.
• Complete monthly distribution of waiver re-certification documentation.
