Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year’s experience in a clinic, optometry or dental office preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required at a level 9.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction with patients.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages for the clinic.
• Greet patients and manage logs; provide translation as needed.
• Collect and maintain patient data; register new patients and update records.
