Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a clinic reception or front desk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages for the clinic.
• Greet patients and maintain logs; provide translation as needed.
• Register patients, maintain data accuracy, and update records.
• Schedule appointments and notify providers of no-shows or cancellations.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with questions.
• Handle billing tasks and reconcile daily cash box.
