Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year receptionist experience in a clinic preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required at ALTA level 9.
• Proficient with basic medical terminology and healthcare billing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Answers the phone, transfers calls and takes messages for the clinic.
• Greet patients and manage logs; notify appropriate person of arrivals; provide translation as needed.
