Responsibilities

• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages for the clinic.
• Greet patients, log visits, and translate as needed.
• Collect and verify patient data; maintain charts and registrations.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines; notify providers of no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain plans as needed.
• Post encounters, bill insurance, take payments, and end-day reports.
• Manage recalls and referrals; support front desk workflows.
