Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish/English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Success role.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience with controls and/or security operations.
• Experience with MSSP Security Operations, Security Service Delivery, and/or Security Consulting.
• Project management experience; experience creating and documenting artifacts.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and drive retention, growth, and expansion with clients.
• Establish trusted security advisor relationship and partner with clients.
• Schedule and host client meetings and operational reviews.
• Drive and own the customer journey to deliver value for clients.
• Monitor client health and ensure prompt responses to requests and planning objectives.
• Create and deliver quarterly and strategic executive business reviews.
• Develop and nurture relationships with partners including Directors and Executives.
