Cyderes seeks a Customer Success Manager to partner with clients, drive retention and expansion, and act as the voice of the customer within Cyderes. You will guide the customer journey, establish trusted relationships, and coordinate executive-level reviews to maximize service value.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English, 2+ years in customer success, and 3+ years in cybersecurity with knowledge of EDR, SIEM, MITRE/NIST, and SOC/IR. Hybrid work with in-office days is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish/English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Success role.
• Minimum 3 years of cyber security experience (EDR, SIEM, MITRE/NIST, SOC/IR/Engineering).
• Experience with MSSP Security Operations, Security Service Delivery, or Security Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Must be bilingual Spanish and English; manage assigned book of business and drive retention, growth, and expansion.
• Establish trusted security advisory relationships and partner with clients.
• Schedule and host client meetings and operational reviews.
• Drive the customer journey to deliver outcomes and value for clients.
• Monitor client health, engagement, and ensure timely company-wide responses to requests.
