Job summary

Securin is seeking a strategic, technical, and customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to serve our most complex clients. You will dive deep into the customer’s tech stack, resolve integration hurdles, and act as the bridge between customer needs and our Engineering and Product teams, making the Securin platform indispensable in daily operations.

You will also drive value realization, lead executive reviews, and contribute to retention and renewals while ensuring platform stickiness through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Significant experience in cyber security.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise strategic accounts and map business use cases to Securin capabilities; lead complex configurations and API integrations.
• Conduct value audits to demonstrate ROI and translate compliance frameworks into technical value.
• Synthesize customer feedback into product requirements and align engineering with business needs.
• Lead beta programs and develop marketing content from success stories.
• Conduct executive reviews to showcase platform value and drive deep integrations.
• Own renewal process when no AM is assigned; collaborate with Renewals Manager.
• Identify technical risks, manage escalations, and coordinate with CISOs for path to green.
• Run monthly adoption audits and preempt churn with executive briefings.
