Job summary

Jobtailor in Orlando, FL is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Success Manager to drive retention, expansion, and client outcomes in cybersecurity services.

You will own the customer journey, lead executive reviews, coordinate with security teams, and partner with prospects while reporting to senior customer leadership to maximize value from Cyderes services and security solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• 2+ years in a Customer Success role.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity.
• Experience with security controls and frameworks (EDR, SIEM; MITRE, NIST).
• Experience with MSSP Security Operations, Service Delivery, or Security Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and drive retention, growth, and expansion with clients
• Establish trusted security advisor relationships and advocate for clients
• Schedule and host client meetings and operational reviews
• Own the customer journey, delivering client service elements and driving outcomes and value
• Monitor client health and drive client engagement
• Ensure prompt companywide response to client requests and planning objectives
• Create and deliver quarterly and strategic executive business reviews
• Create, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with partners, directors, executives, line-of-business leaders, and security professionals
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, client contacts, the team, and team members
• Partner with client security teams to advance security posture and maximize value from Cyderes services and security solutions
• Operate as the voice of the customer within Cyderes
• Report into Senior Customer leadership
