Job summary

MBC Technology Group INC is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity to own post-sale relationships and drive long-term value for manufacturing and industrial clients. This role focuses on adoption, expansion, executive alignment, and trusted partnerships after implementation.

You will work closely with customers to ensure outcomes, identify risks, and collaborate with Sales on renewals and growth, while maintaining a relationship-driven, high-touch approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical account management.
• Experience with enterprise or industrial customers.
• Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
• Organized and proactive in managing multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, network security, or technical environments.
• Ability to travel occasionally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner.
• Conduct onboarding alignment sessions with new customers.
• Monitor adoption and engagement.
• Identify and escalate technical or operational risks.
• Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities.
• Lead regular business reviews with customer stakeholders.
• Support renewal preparation and forecasting.
• Gather structured feedback to improve positioning and delivery.
