Job summary

Radian seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers in promoting and purchasing our products. The role collaborates with Business Development Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and Manufacturer’s Representatives to facilitate the sales process.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls, entering orders and pricing, tracking orders, and resolving complaints while maintaining product knowledge and market awareness in the safety products sector.

Qualifications

• Customer service background in a safety products environment preferred.
• Heavy customer service/data entry skills.
• Excellent phone call skills/etiquette with ability to answer a high volume of incoming customer service calls a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be PC literate (MS Office) and have strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with P21 is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls, assisting, and/or directing them.
• Transfer pricing-related calls to Inside Sales as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and track competitors in the industrial/safety channel.
• Identify key competitors and relay feedback to relevant teams.
• Process orders, pricing, and order tracking; resolve complaints.
• Enter all orders received via fax, email, mail, EDI, SPS, or other forms daily.
• Enter credits and samples promptly when received.
• Return follow-up calls and voicemails by end of business day.
• Document customer feedback as tasks in P21.
• Communicate customer product requirements to Purchasing to minimize backorders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
