Job summary

Radian is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Memphis to provide customers with information and services to promote and buy our safety products. CSRs collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and Manufacturer's Representatives to facilitate the sales process.

Essential duties include handling calls, entering orders, providing pricing, order tracking, and resolving complaints while maintaining product knowledge and effective communication with

Qualifications

• Customer service background in safety products preferred.
• High data entry speed with accuracy.
• Excellent phone etiquette for high-volume calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PC literate with MS Office proficiency and data organization.
• Experience with P21 is a plus.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize daily work.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, assist, and/or direct them as needed.
• Enter orders, provide pricing, and track orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate the sales process.
• Communicate customer product requirements to Purchasing to minimize back orders.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Document feedback and follow up by end of business day when possible.
• Identify competitors and stay informed on product knowledge.
