Job summary

SRS Building Products in Las Vegas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional counter and phone service, handle inquiries, and support sales in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

You will coordinate with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams, use CRM and ERP systems, and leverage bilingual English/Spanish skills to expand customer reach while upholding the company’s “Make Money and Have Fun” culture.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and phone handling experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms for order entry and cash transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset.
• Ability to support sales and identify opportunities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pass background checks and drug screening.
• Experience in B2B relationship mgmt in building materials distribution.
• Intermediate ERP system skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding service by handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provides product information, resolves issues efficiently, and maintains accurate customer records.
• Engages walk-in customers with counter sales support and collaborates with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manages phone inquiries, processes transactions in ERP, and contributes to sales growth by identifying new opportunities.
• Upholds company values, ensures compliance, and uses bilingual skills to enhance customer experience and expand reach.
