Radian is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Houston to help customers understand and purchase our safety products. You will collaborate with Inside Sales, Regional Managers, and Manufacturer’s Representatives to move orders smoothly.

The role emphasizes high-volume phone support, data entry, pricing coordination, and timely follow-up. Strong written and verbal communication, PC skills, and a customer-service mindset are essential; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service background in a safety products environment preferred.
• Heavy data entry and precise documentation required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls and directing them as needed.
• Enter orders, provide pricing, track orders and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and Regional Managers to facilitate the sales process.
• Communicate product requirements to Purchasing to minimize back orders.
• Follow up calls and voicemails by end of business if received before 3pm.
