The position is full-time and located at Store #3161, with 20% shared time at Niles Store 3410. Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, sales processes, product tinting/mixing, stock/visual upkeep, and honoring inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High proficiency in English; Spanish language ability required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
