The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers at multiple Illinois stores, including Northbrook, Highland Park, and Lake Bluff locations. This role emphasizes sales service, product knowledge, and accurate processing of transactions.

You will spend time at Store #3396, 1396 Meadow Road, Northbrook, IL 60062, with 20% time at Highland Park Store 1900 and Lake Bluff Store 3427. Benefits include health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• English reading/writing proficiency; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers by determining needs and recommending products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse; tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up product displays; keep area clean.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and stay knowledgeable about products.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.
