Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. You will contribute to high customer satisfaction, process sales, and help meet store sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers health benefits, time-away packages, and opportunities to work at Store #3161 in Skokie, IL with occasional assignment to Niles Store 3410; pay is $19.75 per hour and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and related records.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
