Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Customer Service Specialists to help wholesale and retail customers select the right products and solutions. You will resolve customer concerns, stay updated on product features, and contribute to meeting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, maintaining displays, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas; stay knowledgeable on products.
