Job summary

Custom Door & Gate Greensboro Location is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle warranty and service calls, document requests, and schedule work. You will manage tickets and liaise with builders and customers to confirm readiness of job sites.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, familiarity with CRM software, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus). A competitive hourly wage and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of accounting and CRM software
• Fluent English/Spanish language skills a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
