Job summary

Installed Building Products, through its Custom Door & Gate division, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Greensboro, NC. The role focuses on coordinating warranty and service calls, documenting requests, and preparing job tickets while liaising with builders and customers to confirm site readiness.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of customer service experience, familiarity with CRM and accounting software, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of accounting and CRM software
• Fluent English/Spanish language skills a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles and procedures

Responsibilities

• Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets
• Arrange work schedules
• Manage job work tickets with the internal system
• Contact national builders and customers to verify readiness of job sites
