Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to manage warranty and service requests from intake to completion. You will coordinate with builders, customers, and internal teams to schedule work orders, track materials, and process quotes and invoices within 24 hours of requests.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, cost tracking, and proactive communication to drive improvement across service, production, and field operations. $18/hr.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED, plus one year of related experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new customer service requests to determine cause and address.
• Coordinate with builders to schedule appointments within 24 hours.
• Verify material availability and confirm repair timelines.
• Prepare quotes/invoices for builder POs within 24 hours.
• Oversee billing processes and cost analysis for service.
• Update management-provided reports and ensure timely job closure.
