Job summary

Custom Door & Gate, part of the Installed Building Products family, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Raleigh to handle warranty and service requests, coordinate scheduling, and manage tickets within our internal system. You will communicate with national builders and customers to confirm job site readiness.

The role emphasizes strong communication, bilingual ability (English/Spanish a plus), and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software to ensure accurate, timely service

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of accounting and CRM software.
• Fluent English/Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls for warranty and service requests, document and prepare job tickets.
• Arrange work schedules.
• Manage job work tickets in the internal system.
• Contact national builders and customers to verify readiness of job sites.
