Job summary

Custom Door & Gate, part of the Installed Building Products family, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fayetteville, NC. The role handles warranty and service calls, documents requests, and prepares job tickets, while coordinating schedules and ticket flow through our internal system.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, familiarity with CRM and accounting software, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and CRM software.
• Fluent English/Spanish language skills a plus.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets.
• Arrange work schedules.
• Manage job work tickets with the internal system.
• Contact national builders and customers to verify readiness of job sites.
