Ultimate Staffing is assisting a national insurance company in Tampa, FL to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
In this in-office role, you will handle incoming calls from policy owners and agents, provide excellent service, and resolve inquiries. Training and career growth are offered.
Spanish fluency is required; pay starts at $18/hour with potential to raise to $21/hour after training and permanent hire; schedule is 9am-5:30pm with overtime during peak seasons.
Our customer is a reputable, national insurance company and they are growing. They are looking for Bilingual Customer Service professionals to join their team who are comfortable managing a high volume of incoming calls while providing exceptional service to their policy holders & agents. The ideal Customer Service Representative will be service oriented, an excellent communicator, and exercise patience & compassion.

Location: This is an in-office position only.
Schedule: During two weeks of training, the schedule is 9am to 5:30pm. Representatives will need to be flexible for occasional overtime during peak season, or should there be a catastrophic event.
