This fully remote position offers the opportunity to build customer service experience from home while working with a supportive team that values quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication. You will receive guidance, training, and ongoing support while helping callers access important information and resources.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $30,000 to $32,000 per year.
• Job type: Contract/Temporary.
• Work arrangement: Fully remote.
• Location: Dallas, TX.
• Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM EST.
• New hires should expect to work a closing shift, typically 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST.
• Schedules may vary based on business needs.
