Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Tampa, FL is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a national insurance company. You will handle high-volume calls from policy owners and agents, delivering friendly, accurate service and owning issues from start to finish.

This in-office role starts at $18 per hour with full benefits once converted to permanent status after training. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish, comfortable navigating systems, and able to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• One year experience in Customer Service area (previous call center, retail, and/or hospitality).
• Fluent in Spanishrequired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact on a professional level with internal and external personnel.
• Results driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to efficiently navigate through systems and websites to maximize time with callers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and manage changing priorities effectively.
• Ability to work within a call center scheduled environment.
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone, on line, and written inquiries
• Process policy level transactions within level of authority
• Conduct research when needed to complete service requests

They are looking for Bilingual Customer Service professionals to join their team who are comfortable managing a high volume of incoming calls while providing exceptional service to their policy holders & agents. The ideal Customer Service Representative will be service oriented, an excellent communicator, and exercise patience & compassion.

Pay: $18/hour with opportunity to increase to $21/hour upon converting permanently & completing all training

Location: This is an in-office position only.

Schedule: During two weeks of training, the schedule is 9am to 5:30pm. Representatives will need to be flexible for occasional overtime during peak season, or should there be a catastrophic event.
