Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the brand and products.
• Handle multiple call types from North America and answer inquiries clearly.
• Assist customers with navigation, roadside assistance, or vehicle recalls; suggest products/services.
• Listen attentively, show empathy, and build rapport with members.
