Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound and outbound inquiries on-site in Columbia, SC. You will resolve issues efficiently using web-based tools, deliver professional service, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, listening actively, handling confidential data, and aiming for first-call resolution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
