Qualificações

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English and Spanish.
• 1 year of customer service experience beneficial.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products.
• Handle multiple call types from members in North America and answer inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance or vehicle warranty and recalls while recommending products and services.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
