Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers at Store #7080 in Grapevine, TX. You will help customers select products, tint and mix to order, handle sales transactions, and keep displays tidy while supporting delivery tasks as needed.

Qualifications include 18+ years, English and Spanish proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates must meet performance expectations and HR training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain shelves, stock, and set up displays; assist in deliveries as needed.
