Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• When internal to Sherwin-Williams, rating must be at least 'meets expectations'.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Maintain in-stock products and attractive displays.
• Support deliveries and stock replenishment as needed.
