Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking Customer Service Specialists to engage with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions while ensuring high satisfaction and meeting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, tinting and mixing products, stocking shelves, and supporting deliveries. This role requires English and Spanish fluency, a valid driver’s license, and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English; Spanish proficiency is required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meets expectations rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory, shelves and displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as required; stay knowledgeable on products.
