Qualifications

• Provide front-facing customer service and assist customers with questions and information.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and positive customer experience.
• 3 to 5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin skills are required.
• Retail customer service experience is highly relevant for this role.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay professional, patient, and helpful during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and remaining active throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service.
