Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Enter shipment, freight, customs, and billing information into internal systems.
• Follow up with carriers, brokers, and overseas agents on shipment status.
• Prepare invoices and support freight transportation billing processes.
• Coordinate customs documentation and work with house brokers for clearance.
• Arrange trucking transportation based on customer requests and shipment requirements.
• Communicate shipment updates to internal teams and partners.
