Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group in Miami is seeking a dynamic Customer Service (BDC) associate to support post-service follow-up and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the service team, schedule appointments, assist with the loaner fleet, and greet customers as they arrive.

Strong communication, empathy, and organization are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and you’ll help maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Address and escalate customer concerns before they impact ACE scores.
• Track trends and provide regular feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of communication and resolutions.
• Assist with phone calls and loaner agent process.
• Make appointments, meet and greet customers when they drive up.
