Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Respond to consumer, service center & distributor calls regarding policies and procedures.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for all callers.
• Provide directions to callers on warranty and non-warranty service.
• Resolve issues for ASC or consumers while enforcing policy.
• Provide location to purchase parts and receive repair service.
• Enter orders, provide pricing, stock availability and order status.
