Techtronic Industries - TTI is hosting an onsite job fair at 100 Innovation Way, Anderson SC 29621 to hire Bilingual Customer Service Associates for the 1st shift. Interviews and offers will be extended on-site during the event.

Openings in the Anderson office include competitive wages with a benefits package (tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, vacation and holidays). The 1st shift runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, with starting pay at $17.11 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year in customer service, call center, or related field with inbound call experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills are required.
• Ability to communicate well with callers and handle irate customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer, service center & distributor calls about company policies and procedures.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for callers.
• Provide guidance on warranty and non-warranty service.
• Enter orders, provide pricing and stock availability to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams on warranty claims and stock issues.
