TTI Power Equipment in Anderson, SC is hosting an onsite job fair to hire Customer Service Associates for the Customer Engagement Department. The event runs Thursday, 10am–2pm, and offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Positions are 1st shift with starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Requirements include a high school education, at least one year in customer service or call center, strong communication and phone skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in-bound customer service or call center experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with callers.
• Ability to handle irate callers and high-stress situations.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond accurately to consumer, service center & distributor calls regarding policies and procedures.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for all callers.
• Provide guidance on warranty and non-warranty service.
• Resolve issues for ASC or consumers while enforcing policies.
• Provide callers with locations to purchase parts and receive repair service.
• Work with internal customers on warranty claims, stock issues, lost or damaged freight.
• Enter orders, provide pricing and stock availability and order status to all customers.
