Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will help with in-person and online orders, pull inventory for pickup or delivery, and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, excellent communication, and readiness to learn new tech and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs, in person, by phone or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
