Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives (CSSRs) to provide exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. The role involves handling inquiries in person, by phone, or online, building relationships, and assisting with inventory and order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in retail/wholesale, bilingual English/Spanish, and knowledge of landscape products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Bilingual Proficiency - English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge or landscape/nursery/irrigation product knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Work with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working to boost performance.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
