Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply, the leading national distributor of landscaping products in the U.S. and Canada, seeks a bilingual CSSR to deliver outstanding customer service to commercial and residential clients in the green industry.

You will assist customers in person, by phone, or online, pull and prepare orders, and help drive sales with a customer‑obsessed mindset. Join a fast-paced team focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Landscape, nursery, or irrigation product knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience is helpful.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, via phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining a safe environment.
