Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
- Assist customers with questions in person, by phone or online ordering.
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
- Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
