SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives (CSSRs) to serve commercial and residential customers in the green industry. The role emphasizes customer obsession, relationship building, and accurate order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wholesale environments preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and new customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and practices.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
