Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. The role requires engaging with customers in English and Spanish, managing orders, and supporting inventory and merchandising tasks.

You will collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and processes thatdrive sales performance while maintaining a safe, customer‑focused store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in retail or wholesale (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Green industry knowledge a plus
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with questions in person, by phone, or online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies
• Assist with merchandising and inventory and maintain a safe environment
